Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing a team of Delivery Associates and TLs
  • Supervises daily performance of Sales team by following up on vehicle sales achievements and value-added products.
  • Assigning leads and tasks to the Test Drive and Delivery team and driving closures.
  • Aligning with the team to get the targets achieved.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Managing the process of pre-booking and post booking of cars till Car delivery
  • Coaching & Managing team to have right skills for business growth
  • Grooming team to build strong negotiation skills
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes and systems to ensure high-quality sales service delivery.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and customer data using CRM systems.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
  • Guide sales personnel in establishing aggressive yet realistic monthly objectives and provide the support to meet these objectives and in closing sales if required.
  • Process team commission and monitor the payroll records for department
  • Should have managed a team of 5-10 people

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4 -6 years of experience in the automobile industry.
  • Hands-on experience in sales and with Excel & Google Sheets
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of the used car industry
  • Experience in the managing sales team.
