Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential B2B clients and introduce our company to marketplace.
  • Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of our services to their businesses.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales resources.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Fix client meetings after lead generation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous Telesales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Adaptability to changing sales approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
