Position Overview
HKW is looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to drive sales through effective phone
communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers,
explaining products or services, and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with
clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone and email.
• Present and explain about the company to prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer objections and provide solutions to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
• 1-3 years in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in English
