Key Responsibilities

Transaction Processing

• Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and check encashments.
• Process loan payments, credit card deposits, and remittance transactions.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Issue cashier’s checks, money orders, and currency exchanges

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries.
• Provide information on banking products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Compliance & Accuracy

• Ensure all transactions comply with AML and regulatory standards.
• Verify identification and documentation for financial activities.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and reports.
• Follow internal policies and procedures for cash handling and security

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Finance, or Computer Science.
• 0–2 years of experience in banking, cashiering, or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
