- Install and dismantle tower cranes, ensuring proper setup to meet project specifications and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in crane technology to enhance service delivery.
- Train and mentor junior mechanics on best practices and safety measures in crane maintenance.
- Participate in emergency response drills and procedures to ensure readiness for any unforeseen incidents.
