Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a key role in designing presentation decks, wireframes, visual flowcharts, and user experiences that effectively communicate CTS’s solution offerings and enhance both internal and client-facing materials.

The ideal candidate will combine design thinking, visual storytelling, and user-centric design principles to produce engaging and impactful digital assets aligned with CTS’s innovation-driven portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop presentation decks, solution mock-ups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for client proposals and internal initiatives.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and process visualizations for CTS’s solution architecture (Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, RPA, Data Analytics, Robotics).
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to transform complex technical concepts into visually compelling and easy-to-understand materials.
• Ensure design consistency across all visual communication and brand assets.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability and design effectiveness.
• Maintain familiarity with the latest design trends, tools, and UX best practices.
• Prepare visually engaging pitch decks and client presentations that reflect CTS’s brand and innovation approach.
