Bachelor’s degree in electrical or instrumentation engineering.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in large oil & gas facility with exposure to maintenance, design as well as engineering.
Thorough knowledge of respective discipline with expertise in dealing with control system vendors in terms of system architecture, functionality and technology review.
Experience in evaluating the control system life cycle phases, obsolescence management, life cycle heat maps, migration, upgrade strategies and optimized approach for long term investments in managing the installed base and developing the strategy for control system upgrades.
Experience in developing data base and automated tools for dynamic updates of control systems life cycle status.
Knowledge of establishing obsolescence management for field assets for other relevant disciplines.
