- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
- Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory control
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments accurately and on time
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile physical counts with system records
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments as needed
- Handle stock movements, labeling, tagging, and bin location management
- Report damages, discrepancies, or stock shortages promptly
