- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of shipments and deliveries to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain performance.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates and on-time delivery.
- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure the warehouse operates in accordance with best practices.
