Welding Superintendent

Oversee safe and efficient welding activities in the yard, ensuring compliance with HSES standards and project schedules.

• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Monitor productivity, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct safety talks and drive team training.
• Maintain high welding quality with minimal QC comments.
• Liaise with managers, engineers, and other trades for project workflow.
• Lead and coach supervisors, foremen, and chargehands.
