Minimum 08 years in the design, analysis, and implementation of marine structures and waterfront projectsExperience in Design and analysis of marine structures, such as piers, wharves, jetties, docks, bulkheads,and coastal protection systemsExpertise in Marine surveys (Desktop and physical), Marine site investigation works etc. and translating the same to required specifications/requirements and experience in performing Marine construct ability studies. Thorough knowledge in Marine design including vessel maneuverability, mooring analysis, met ocean studies, port design, dredging requirements, reclamation works etc.Perform engineering calculations, including structural analysis, load calculations, and foundation design, to ensure the structural integrity and safety of marine projects and develop and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications in coordination with in-house CAD designers. And ensure compliance with industry standards and codes.Experience in prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation to effectively communicate design concepts, analysis results, and recommendations and design standards specific to marine and offshore structures, including relevant codes such as SHELL DEP/ AISC, ACI,and API.Accreditation of course/college from respective countries is mandatory.

Bachelors degree in EngineeringMinimum 10 years’ experience in costing & cost estimation within an oil and gas / refining / petrochemical industryMust be familiar with various cost elements that are required for costing of projectsUnderstand the scope of work, prepare bill of quantities, estimate the costs based on the cost databank, (Manpower requirement, Manpower rates, Material requirement and rates, special equipment requirement and their rates etc.

Minimum 10 Years of Process Design experience in Oil & Gas sector, preferably Refineries / Consultancy Organizations of International repute.Experience in carrying out Flow-Sim / Pipe-Sim HYSYS Simulator etc, for Line Sizing, Hydraulic Study, Surge Analysis and Protection System.Experience in developing Process Flow Diagram (PFD), P & ID, Data Sheets and carrying out HAZOP etc.Well versed with codes, standards and international practices.

Key Accountabilities:   1. Engineering Design and Implementation Leads the development and the implementation of the desired engineering scope-of-work for small, medium, and large projects to ensure alignment with the established engineering standards, and company regulations as imposed by EH&S and local governmental authorities. Provide and assist the project’s technical input requirements for engineering duration, resource forecasting, planning, scheduling, procurement, installation, inspection, checkout, commissioning, and as-built technical requirements to develop cost effective packages. Design and monitor the new technical installations and modifications, to ensure that they meet or exceed the technical relevant and applicable local and international engineering standards and procedures. Prepare detailed purchase specifications and requisitions to ensure availability of needed project material.   2. External Liaison   Liaise with outsourced vendors and contractors by providing: Critical project related data and information. Standards (Petrochemical and global). Minimum requirements for the project. Timelines for delivery. To manage them effectively by reviewing the drawings, standards and any other relevant updates.   3. Quality Control   Request, monitor, and approve project materials to ensure quality compliance with project’s design and procurement specifications set within the project’s design and operational procedures.     4. Design Review   Carry out design reviews as per local and international engineering standards and procedures to ensure highest engineering quality.     5. Technical Expertise   Provide engineering and construction support to various departments as the technical subject matter expert. Ensure alignment of any Management-Of-Change (MOC) issues with local and international standards and codes requirements.     6. Continuous Improvement   Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Design Engineer Group systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.     7.
