Job Title: Costing EngineerDepartment: Engineering / ProjectsReports To: Head – Engineering / ProjectsJob Purpose:To ensure accurate estimation and costing for all engineering and project-related activities, supporting decision-making and optimizing cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects based on design drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.Review and validate material, labor, and equipment costs.Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to finalize cost budgets.Maintain and update the cost database for materials and services.Support bid preparation and participate in tendering processes.Conduct post-project cost analysis and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Prepare reports and presentations on project cost performance and variances.

Identify and approach potential clients across industries. Present our video production services and build tailored proposals. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Work closely with our creative and production teams to deliver client needs. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Supervise soil investigations by contractor during tendering activities as well as during project construction.Assist in coordinating the area allocation for Contractor’s temporary facilities with concerned Refinery departments and supervise the construction activities.Review Civil materials used for construction as per specifications / standards mentioned in Contract.Inspect survey works including verification of temporary bench marks.Inspect concrete work.Inspect building construction including all architectural works.Inspect steel structure work except the major welding works which are to be supervised by specialist discipline.Supervise flooring works.Inspect fireproofing works.Supervise fireproofing works.Coordinate with concerned PD Inspection Engineer / Contractor for inspection activities related to structural steel work, painting and refractory works.

i) Conducting civil and structural studies and preparing civil engineering designs for various structures.ii) Collecting and analysing information on operating requirements, evaluating economic factors and developing construction and material specifications accordingly.iii) Resolving issues related to designs.iv) Directing preparation of drawings of assigned projects.v) Reviewing, checking and approving all civil design calculations / drawings / documents submitted by Contractor / consultant / vendor after award of contract.vi) Reviewing, checking and approving design calculations and drawings submitted by vendors after placement of order.vii) Participate in HAZOP study meetings in line with PRJ-QMS.

-Strong Proficiency in Reading, Writing & Speaking English-Post and Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)-Experienced in providing executive level support for MD-Tech Savyy
