Roles and ResponsibilitiesPurpose and Scope of the Job: The Room Service Attendant is responsible to provide a warm, caring atmosphere and to provide luxurious and personalized service for patients, families and visitors.  The room service will attend to all   guests’ need and take care for food & beverage service.Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance StandardsServes food and beverages to patient, patient’s family and visitors daily for all meals.
