- Monitor and control process parameters, proactively adjusting settings to maintain consistent product specifications and prevent deviations.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving minor issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Accurately document all batch activities, including process parameters, material usage, and deviations, for comprehensive record-keeping.
- Safely handle and dispense raw materials, following established protocols to prevent contamination and ensure accurate measurements.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the batch process, collecting samples and performing tests to verify product compliance.
- Collaborate with other team members, sharing information and assisting in process improvements to streamline operations.
