About the Role:We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager based in Riyadh to lead and optimize our paid social campaigns, attribution strategies, A/B testing efforts, and overall campaign analytics. You will own user acquisition and revenue growth initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale performance marketing channels and deliver measurable results.Responsibilities:Develop and execute end-to-end paid social strategies across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and TwitterDesign, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize creative, audiences, and funnelsSet up and maintain advanced attribution models using tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or BranchMonitor and report on campaign performance through key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), and provide actionable insightsCollaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align growth initiatives with business goalsManage campaign budgets, pacing, and vendor/agency relationshipsContinuously iterate on channel strategy to identify new growth opportunities and scale high-impact tacticsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field6–8 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing rolesProven expertise in Paid Social platforms and campaign managementHands-on experience with attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch)Strong background in A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)Advanced skills in campaign analytics, reporting, and data visualizationProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools for data queryingPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced tech environmentsDeep understanding of the MENA market, particularly Saudi ArabiaExperience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and CRM systemsHands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or LookerDemonstrated ability to manage external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
