Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
Support preventive maintenance including cleaning of filters coils and ducts
Help with compressor replacement and condenser fan control tasks
Monitor HVAC system performance and report issues to senior technicians
Prepare and maintain tools equipment and materials in good condition
Assist in troubleshooting minor HVAC problems under supervision
Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times
Follow safety protocols and company procedures consistently
Record maintenance activities accurately and update CAFM Computer Aided Facility Management applications to log work orders track tasks and report completed work
