POSITION OBJECTIVE The position is responsible for the coordination and assistance in the below domain: - DEWA - Civil Defense - Office administration - Cleaning - Security - Pest control Key Responsibilities: - Check the office maintenance and the cleanliness in the office premises. - Daily check the office boys and cleaning staff have done their work. - Scan and maintain the file of the following documents: Cleaning Contracts, Security Contracts and Pest Control. - Update the stores and store unique number, DEWA account number and premise number for administration purpose. - Generate security report on daily basis and check that all the points are being patrolled from evening 6 to morning 6 and submit it to the security personnel. In-case of any discrepancy found, report the same to the administration executive.- Verify and validate the invoices received from various external parties and get it signed and submitted to the accounts department for further clearance. - Respond to the administration issues from various stores and the office and assist the administration executive to take necessary corrective actions. - Coordinate with the office boys to supply stationary in the office. - Provide first-aid help to the employees, when required. - Make hotel bookings for the candidates as and when required.

POSITION OBJECTIVE - The position is responsible to welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instruction. - Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges. Key Responsibilities - Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. - Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. - Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. - Maintain security by following procedure and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). - Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments. - Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc. - Perform other duties (i.e., gate pass application, salary certificate and NOC request). OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: - Creating the details of New Joiners in Timepaq. - Deletion of previous employees in Timepaq. - Updating timepaq for employee transfer request. - Updating Store Attendance for Payroll processing. - Assist other HR duties assigned by Ms. Sarah.
