Responsibilities Ownership of VSP stakeholder requirements Collecting & maintaining the VSP stakeholder requirements (incl. safety and cybersecurity requirements) Ensuring the stakeholder requirements are aligned with application requirements. Working in alignment with application feature owners. Ensuring traceability between the VSP requirements and the rest of the system Counterpart towards the VSP, middleware stack and system service suppliers. Ensuring the stakeholder requirements are understood by the suppliers Review & feedback on the supplier system requirements Resolving conflicts with regards to system requirements and design between Client and Suppliers 3.Responsible for system engineering and design (SYS 1 SYS-3) of the VSP vehicle level requirements Creating the system level requirements and architecture design Initiating, moderating & tracking the requirement-reviews Ensuring traceability & compliance with the quality requirements Supporting safety & cybersecurity analysis & requirements Collaborating with VSP Security & VSP Safety Architect Supporting the VSP FMEA analysis & reviews Ensuring the safety and security requirements are derived and reflected in the design Supporting the system-testing Working closely with the system test engineer Reviewing system testing requirements / cases Ensuring the requirements are well understood by the test engineers Reviewing system test results Root causing system test problems Skills Must have Experience working with suppliers and OEMs in an automotive environment. Exposure to vehicle-level software integration and validation. At least 6 years of experience in automotive system engineering Experience with automotive software development (AUTOSAR, embedded C, C++). Strong knowledge of system engineering principles, requirements engineering, and architecture design. Very good knowledge of the Classic & Adaptive AUTOSAR. Familiarity with vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, SOME/IP). Experience with safety, cybersecurity standards & quality standards (ISO 26262, UNECE WP.29, ISO/SAE 21434, Automotive ASPICE). Experience in functional safety analysis (FTA, FMEA, HARA). Proficiency in system engineering & requirements management tools (Enterprise Architect, and DOORS, Polarion, or equivalent). Knowledge of vehicle middleware and system service layers. Understanding system testing processes and validation techniques. Nice to have Experience & familiarity with ADAS domain middleware design requirements & constraints.

Responsibilities Own the variant and feature architecture across the full software stack. Define rules, dependencies, and configuration models enabling consistent and traceable variant handling. Ensure modular, reusable software architecture aligned with AUTOSAR and enterprise standards. Lead impact assessments for new features, regulations, and hardware changes. Experienced in both configuring and developing the platform software End-to-end working experience in design and development platform components. Experienced in programming languages such as C/C++ Hands-on with tools such as DOORS, TRM, EA, MSOSA, DaVinci, PREEvision, MATLAB, etc Knowledge of ASPICE, FUSA, etc Experienced in CMake, GitLab yml files, CI/CD processes, etc... Familiar with the Adaptive Autosar stack and experienced in adaptive application development.
