The Grinder Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating grinding machines to shape, sharpen and polish metal parts. This is a full-time position with a minimum 1 year project duration..The Grinder Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating grinding machines to shape, sharpen and polish metal parts. They must be able to interpret technical drawings, set up the grinding machines and adjust the cutting tools to achieve desired results. The Grinder Operator must also be knowledgeable in the safe use of the grinding machines and must possess a good understanding of the principles of grinding, such as angles, speed, pressure and feed rate. They must also be able to record and maintain accurate production records and ensure that the machines are kept in good working order. .Ability to operate and maintain grinding machinery Experience with operating grinding machinery Good communication skills Ability to follow instructions Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Ability to use measuring equipment Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to Communicate, Read & write in English & Arabic. Role Description: Prepare and perform site survey including photos and measurements to ensure that designs are good for implementation.Propose concepts applicable to the requested modification and define the most appropriate one.Coordination with engineers in charge or of other disciplinePrepares detailed design in accordance with standards, codes, and company specifications.Ensure that produced drawings designs are safe, easy to built and install and in accordance with company and industries specifications.Elaborate MTO based on produced drawingsChecks that materials used on design meet Company Specifications.Modification of existing drawings or establishment of new one Manage updating and maintenance of technical documents electronic data base..Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 10 years working experience as Mechanical / Piping Design Engineer in oil & gas or Petrochemical industry.Experience in static design will be an advantage.Candidates available in Kuwait will be given preference.
