Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to assess their current IT infrastructure and business goals.Design and implement Microsoft solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, MS Exchange, MS Active Directory Services, and MS SQL.Who Understand the Cloud Deployment types (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and can help in designing the Cloud infrastructure.Experience in cloud migration and Disaster Recovery Projects.Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft technologies.Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, best practices, and industry trends.Deliver training and workshops to clients to ensure the effective adoption of Microsoft solutions.
