Management Trainee – Engineering
BOB Construction Co. is proud to launch the Management Trainee – Engineering Program, designed to identify, train, and develop ambitious graduates in Civil Engineering and Architecture.This is a 2-month internship-to-hire program, offering participants structured exposure to both Procurement & Tendering and Projects (Site Work). The program also includes professional development sessions to build technical, managerial, and leadership skills.Note: During the internship phase, participants will receive expense coverage only. This period is intended as an investment in training and development. Real Estate Manager
The primary role of the Real Estate Manager is to be the sole point of contact for the operational management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Kuwait, Jordan, and Spain.The manager will be the main point of contact for all tenants. They will handle all tenant relations, leasing requirements, documentation, and rent payment updates. They are also responsible for listing properties and working with external real estate agencies to secure new tenants.This person will oversee all property maintenance. They are responsible for obtaining quotes, negotiating with vendors, signing off on contracts, and following up to ensure work is completed to a high standard.The manager will collect and organize all financial data related to property operations and provide it to the accountant. They should have a basic understanding of accounting principles to accurately manage this data.All approvals related to property management and maintenance will require documentation, which this person will prepare and submit.This role is based in Kuwait but requires travel to properties in Jordan and Spain as needed to conduct on-site inspections and manage local operations.
Project Manager
The primary role of this Project Manager is to act as a partner, taking complete ownership over the construction of four high-end townhouses. They will lead the entire project from start to finish, with direct support from the head office.The Project Manager will use their civil or architectural engineering expertise to oversee all construction and high-end finishing work. They will be the main point of contact for all contractors and vendors, responsible for directing their work to ensure it aligns with project timelines and quality specifications. A key part of the job is continuous quality control, conducting regular on-site inspections to ensure all materials and labor meet the required luxury standards. Meticulous documentation of all project progress, milestones, and issues is required, along with comprehensive reporting to the head office. Upon successful completion of this one-year project, the Project Manager will become the head of the project department within the company.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Kuwait City. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, providing financial analysis, and overseeing the work of junior accountants. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will coordinate with external auditors, assist in budgeting, and manage tax filings and compliance.
