Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle Management:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: This is your primary responsibility. You will be an expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating to attract and hire the best talent for all managerial and head office positions.
Onboarding and Off-boarding: You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from creating a seamless onboarding process for new hires to handling all aspects of employee departures.
Strategic & Operational Execution:
Executioner Role: You will act as a key executor for management, handling external tasks and projects that require you to meet people, represent the company, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently outside of a traditional office setting. Management Support: You will proactively identify and handle various operational and administrative tasks to free up management's time and fill any gaps in operations. Liaison: You will serve as a primary point of contact and representative in external meetings and engagements, upholding the company's professional image.
