The primary role of the Real Estate Manager is to be the sole point of contact for the operational management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Kuwait, Jordan, and Spain.
The manager will be the main point of contact for all tenants. They will handle all tenant relations, leasing requirements, documentation, and rent payment updates. They are also responsible for listing properties and working with external real estate agencies to secure new tenants.
This person will oversee all property maintenance. They are responsible for obtaining quotes, negotiating with vendors, signing off on contracts, and following up to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
The manager will collect and organize all financial data related to property operations and provide it to the accountant. They should have a basic understanding of accounting principles to accurately manage this data.
All approvals related to property management and maintenance will require documentation, which this person will prepare and submit.
This role is based in Kuwait but requires travel to properties in Jordan and Spain as needed to conduct on-site inspections and manage local operations.
