BOB Construction Co. is proud to launch the Management Trainee – Engineering Program, designed to identify, train, and develop ambitious graduates in Civil Engineering and Architecture.
This is a 2-month internship-to-hire program, offering participants structured exposure to both Procurement & Tendering and Projects (Site Work). The program also includes professional development sessions to build technical, managerial, and leadership skills.
Note: During the internship phase, participants will receive expense coverage only. This period is intended as an investment in training and development. Upon successful completion, top performers will be offered full-time employment with a structured salary and career progression plan.
- Participate in a structured 2-month training rotation, gaining experience in both Procurement & Tendering and Projects (Site Work).
- Assist the Procurement and Tendering team in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), evaluating supplier quotations, and supporting cost comparisons.
- Support the Projects (Site) team with supervision, daily progress reporting, quality checks, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial documents under the supervision of senior engineers.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making in procurement and project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate to supervisors when needed.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports for both procurement and site activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth flow of information and project alignment.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to build technical and managerial skills.
- Demonstrate strong initiative, discipline, and commitment to professional growth throughout the program.
