They should have a basic understanding of accounting principles to accurately manage this data.All approvals related to property management and maintenance will require documentation, which this person will prepare and submit.This role is based in Kuwait but requires travel to properties in Jordan and Spain as needed to conduct on-site inspections and manage local operations.

The primary role of this Project Manager is to act as a partner, taking complete ownership over the construction of four high-end townhouses. They will lead the entire project from start to finish, with direct support from the head office.The Project Manager will use their civil or architectural engineering expertise to oversee all construction and high-end finishing work. They will be the main point of contact for all contractors and vendors, responsible for directing their work to ensure it aligns with project timelines and quality specifications. A key part of the job is continuous quality control, conducting regular on-site inspections to ensure all materials and labor meet the required luxury standards. Meticulous documentation of all project progress, milestones, and issues is required, along with comprehensive reporting to the head office. Upon successful completion of this one-year project, the Project Manager will become the head of the project department within the company.
