1. Shared Services Operations
Manage centralized services including finance, HR, procurement, logistics, and administration.
Ensure smooth support for multiple construction projects and business units.
Develop standardized procedures to improve efficiency across departments.
2. Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
Implement automation and digital systems for better service delivery.
Monitor service performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
3. Team Management
Lead and supervise shared services teams including accounts, HR, procurement, and administration staff.
Ensure proper training, performance management, and staff development.
