Research and identify potential Schools, Universities, Colleges, Training Institutes, Government Education Bodies, Corporate Learning Centers and Educational Organizations across Kuwait and GCC countries.Assist the Business Development team in generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting institutional sales activities.Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients.Present and demonstrate LearnX by KICCPA, including its Learning Management System (LMS), School Management System (SMS), ERP modules, AI-powered learning tools, assessment capabilities, reporting dashboards, communication features, and academic administration functionalities.Develop a strong technical understanding of LearnX to confidently explain platform architecture, user roles (students, teachers, parents, administrators), integrations, cloud accessibility, security, scalability, and digital learning workflows.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable LMS, SMS, ERP, and AI-enabled education solutions based on institutional needs.Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, commercial documents, and solution documentation.Build and maintain a database of prospective institutional clients using CRM or internal systems.Conduct market research on education technology trends, digital transformation initiatives, and competitor solutions within Kuwait and GCC.Coordinate with technical, implementation, and product teams to ensure seamless communication, demonstrations, onboarding, and deployment support.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.Support the team in achieving business development targets and revenue objectives.
