Ability to verify the equivalence of scheduling methods using quantity schedules and activity sequences (including S-Curves and flow charts). Should compare and extract all required reports, possesses communication skills, and shall be fluent in both English and Arabic.

Must be certified in cost management, responsible for overseeing all assigned supervisory duties within the scope of the agreement, providing necessary reports, and being familiar with the standards and technical requirements for water and wastewater projects in the kingdom. Should be responsible for supervising the work and proficient in various engineering software programs. Experience in similar projects (wastewater) in the past five years, and strong communication skills is mandatory. Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic is crucial.
