Roles & Responsibilities Engineering/Execution/Testing & Commissioning of HVAC and fire detection & protection system which includes FM200, NOVEC, HVW, MVW, Wet & Dry Sprinkler System, Deluge System, Hydrant, Extinguishers, LHS System, PA System, Fire Alarm System (Conventional & Addressable), HVAC System(PACU, AHU, FCU & ACCU. HVAC System include the Installation & Testing of Ducting, Damper, Grills STLs, Exhaust Fans. Diffusers, Inertia Filters, Chemical Filters, Fresh Air Intake Stack, Copper Piping & HVAC Units HVAC control consist of installation of field devices as Temperature, Humidity & Pressure sensor, DPS for Fan flow and filters, Motorized volume damper and fire smoke dampers for the controlling of Units in duty and standby cycle and energization of fire dampers in case of fire, installation of Inertia filter with Bleed Fan for removing the sand from the Fresh Air etc.. Experience in KSA SEC/ARAMCO/Industrial Sectors. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor Degree In Mechanical Engineering 8 to 12 years experience in Substation project of ARAMCO & Saudi Electricity Projects Good understating skill, able to handle the customers and internal stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate with Project Planning Manager and ensure deliveries are aligned to Project Schedule Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure adherence to schedule Conduct internal review meetings for resource optimization, allocation and enhance productivity Prepare, implement, monitor and control Engineering Plan aligned with the project Ensure Quantity control & Optimization of Tower and Civil Quantities Review of designs, calculations & drawings and ensure their timely submissions after obtaining approvals from customer Clarification of issues w.r.t. vendors and ensuring timely delivery of materials at project site Capable of Multitasking and deliver multiple things on time Clarification to inter – discipline Managers for sorting out issues w.r.t. design aspects of the equipment Enable & review accurate estimation in terms of quantity for submission of Bill of Materials Review critical issues and procedural delays w.r.t. design aspects of equipment and extend support to Site Execution teams Settle procurement issues and extend support to Supply Chain management for ensuring order finalization for Vendor Engineering Extend support for BOQ, review of pre-bid offers and technical submissions & provide post-tender clarifications (after clarification from vendors) to the contracts team Lead and manage team of Design Engineers and Draughts persons Review Vendor evaluation (w.r.t. technical specification requirement of the client) Extend support to Site Execution Teams for commercial issues & processing of bills Desired Candidate Profile B.E / B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering Experience : 08-12 Years of (Predominant Experience in Tower design, Foundation design, Tower profiling) Design Engineer shall be able to review, design the detailed drawings for TL towers. shall be responsible for the complete design and detailed engineering for Transmission Line tower design and Civil foundations & associated structure from 33kV to 765kV system. shall manage the entire design for a project or a set of smaller projects including co-ordination with other disciplines viz., Electrical, factory, site, Testing activity, Front Office, Client/Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities MEP background in Residential and commercial Buildings with Aramco Experience (Aramco experience compulsory) Organize & manage all resources and field activities to achieve an efficient and effective completion of the contract, within the agreed time and cost, whilst paying due regard to Quality and safety requirements. Review and Organize resources & Infrastructure for project on time. Authorize to coordinate with customer representative on regular basis for various communications & smooth operation of project Review, Monitoring & initiating necessary actions on project schedule to meet the planned targets along with other parameters. Preparation of Accepted Cost Estimate (ACE) and review through Job Cost Report (JCR) at regular intervals. Budgeting, Monitoring & arranging funds in coordination with finance dept. Monitor various parameters of project like progress, cost, margins etc. on regular basis and initiate action and guide the team for best results. Ensure good relations with all stake holders of the project. Follow construction program, ensure the availability of approved drawings, approved materials in advance with necessary follow up with concerned. Implementation of Project quality plan by taking support of QA QC dept. Implementation of loss prevention plan by taking support of Safety dept. Overall administration through admin in-charge for various compliances. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management. Minimum 5 years of experience on design, procurement, and implementation of projects in preferably in Saudi Aramco MEP/Residential/Building projects. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills
