Marketing Executive
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on brand and corporate objectives, market characteristics and cost.Introduce new arrivals, prepare the marketing calendar and plan seasonal promotions with key stakeholders.Support the development of event and brand promotional activities for new brands by participating in planning sessions with brand managers.Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers to market products and services.Maintain close monitoring of the trade budget to ensure expenditures are within approved guidelines.Maintain proper and updated knowledge about the product portfolio under the brand.Maintain close coordination with all category and brand managers to update the seasonal calendar and related preparations.Ensure proper alignment and efficient implementation by coordinating closely with other functions within the marketing department.Conduct market research to analyze trends in the business environment.

Develop the report for the daily activities. i.e.: sales, coverage, distribution, ongoing issues, maintenance requirements, etc.Submit the report and discuss with the immediate supervisor.Review the day schedule and plan the route before departure.Visit the customers following to the route plan submitted.Review the up-to-date achievement and plan how to recap any shortage.Follow up on any pending maintenance request, FOC request, training request and branding request.Update line supervisor on any development that might affect the business.Monitor the competition activities and report back to office to keep all concerned informed.Following up on the collection on time.Ensure that the returns of assigned accounts are correct and as per company return policy.Support the team members whenever possible or requested to in case of sickness or vacation.Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products.Provide customers and potential customers within the allocated sales area with information about the company products and services.Maintain an awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company staff.Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measure and monitored.Generate reports and analyze sales per category, brand and product to measure performance vs. budget.Ensure that numeric and weighted distribution are maximize at all times.Arrange POS material to the client whenever required.
