Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom systems for offshore and onshore Oil & Gas projectsPerform configuration, programming, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and systemsHandle systems such as PAGA, PABX/IP-PABX, VSAT, CCTV, GMDSS, VHF/UHF Radio, LAN/WLANSupport Lead Engineer / Project Manager in daily project execution and reportingConduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test)Ensure timely completion of commissioning activities as per project schedulePrepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and as-built drawingsCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and client representativesEnsure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirementsProvide on-site technical support during installation and post-commissioning phases

Lead large-scale farming & fodder production operationsDevelop and execute annual & seasonal production plansOptimize crop yield, quality, and cost efficiencyManage workforce, supervisors, and field operationsMonitor production costs and drive operational improvementsEnsure compliance with HSE, quality, and agricultural standardsReport production performance to senior management

o Subsidy Materials selection in coordination with upper management and outside stakeholders (i.e., ministry of municipality)o Supplier selection as per Qatar policies and providing the tendering committee with a recommendation.o Creating RFQs , Requestion and Purchase Orders from suppliers in coordination with procurement department .o Coordinating with legal department to create contracts with the selected material suppliers.o Receiving materials in oracle database (or any future database system used by the company)o Supplier storage inspections in coordination with outside stakeholders (i.e., ministry of municipality)o Communicate with material suppliers regarding stock replenishment and any other general coordination needed.o Creating, maintaining and distributing the Subsidy Material Distribution List.o Coordinating with operations department and farmer affairs department to create a schedule for distribution to the farmers.o Create and maintain stock availability reports on a regular basis.o Coordinating with Farmer service center regarding farms visits and complaints of subsidy materials.o Create and maintain reports that will be viewed by management and other departments.o Operational support whenever needed.o Special projects as requested from Management.
