Provide technical leadership and management oversight for engineering activities and deliverables

Manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams across conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering phases

Review and oversee engineering deliverables including calculations, datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, and drawings

Coordinate engineering execution, manpower planning, and project resource allocation

Support proposal development, engineering estimates, staffing plans, and execution strategies

Participate in client meetings, technical reviews, and project review discussions

Ensure compliance with industry codes, engineering standards, and client specifications

Identify engineering risks, scope changes, and project execution impacts

Support engineering capability development, departmental initiatives, and team growth

Coordinate with regional and international engineering offices for project execution and quality consistency
