This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at STEP IN PROPERTY located in Doha, Qatar.As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, communicating effectively with clients, and utilizing your expertise in real estate to assist in residential and commercial leasing or sales transactions. You will also be involved in consulting clients on property matters.

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems. The HVAC technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their requirements. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.

The role requires 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT operation support activities. The role must have experience in end users support for their day-to-day IT related issues. Also responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving system and network related L1 and L2 issues, ensure system uptime and performance and escalate L3 to higher-level promptly. Continuously monitor system and network components performance, identify any issues and take corrective action.Troubleshoot system and network issues and provide solutionsProvide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting their network-related issues.Escalate unresolved or complex network issues to L3 support teams with proper escalation procedure.Maintain proper documentation for network and system configuration.Coordinate with network equipment vendors for hardware and software updates, repairs, and replacements.

Mandatory Requirements:Real Estate experience preferred, however Sales Professionals with proven track record of Outdoor Sales & Target Achievement are welcome to applyQatar Driver License Transferrable Visa with Valid QID.Can communicate well in English, Arabic is a plus.Knowledge of MS Office.Preference will be given to 30 -40 years of age
