Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth company operations
• Organize, maintain, and track company documents, contracts, permits, and records (digital and physical)
• Prepare professional emails, letters, reports, and official documents in Arabic and English
• Coordinate meetings, calls, site visits, and business travel, including scheduling and logistics
• Support logistics for meetings, site visits, and external appointments, including transportation coordination when required
• Act as a primary point of contact with clients, suppliers, service providers, and government entities
• Follow up on approvals, quotations, permits, and outstanding requests to ensure timely completion
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers on pricing, timelines, and terms within defined guidelines
• Use computer systems, business software, and AI tools to draft documents, summarize information, and support daily tasks efficiently
• Maintain structured digital filing systems and improve administrative processes where needed
• Travel on short notice when required to support meetings, site visits, or company operations
