Review Tender Documents – Analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications to understand the scope for fire alarm, firefighting, ventilation, and emergency/exit lighting systems.Quantity Take-Off & Costing – Prepare accurate material take-offs and develop detailed cost estimates including materials, labour, and equipment.Vendor Coordination – Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive and compliant pricing.Technical Compliance – Ensure all estimates meet Civil Defense requirements and relevant standards (NFPA, BS) and coordinate for clarifications.Proposal & Support – Prepare techno-commercial proposals, provide value engineering options, and support tender submission and post-tender negotiations.

Inspect, test, and maintain SCBA units, cylinders, regulators, valves, and face masks as per manufacturer and safety standards.Carry out routine servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs to ensure SCBA equipment is always operational and safe.Refill and manage breathing air cylinders, ensuring air quality compliance and proper pressure levels.Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, testing, and certification of SCBA equipment.Support safety teams by conducting user checks, basic training, and ensuring SCBA readiness for emergency response.

Documentation, Audit Knowledge for ISO 17025, QMS Prepration

· Perform routine maintenance as per NFPA 10, local fire codes, or manufacturer guidelines· Discharge, refill, and recharge extinguishers with the correct extinguishing agent· Conduct hydrostatic testing to check cylinder integrity· Inspect fire extinguishers for physical damage, corrosion, leaks, or missing parts· Check pressure gauges to ensure proper charge levels· Clean extinguishers and ensure labels and instructions are legible· Replace safety seals and tamper indicators as required maintenance of Firefighting System.· Inspection and Maintenance of Fire Rated Doors
