Showroom Manager (Interior Furniture) – Jeddah
Achieve showroom weekly, monthly and yearly target.Review daily sales to assess performance and market situation and communicate them with sales manager.Direct and control the Retail staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.Conduct training to staff on sales process, techniques, cross selling, customer service, Visual merchandise maintenance, introducing promotions, handling objections, etc.Support the team in taking the right decisions on all daily activities.Develop weekly team attendance for all showroom staff.Maintain close relationship with important clients.Monitor & close internal tickets with other departments, and their escalation.Maintain proper implementation of the approved R&D and merchandising standards.Ensure zero stock variance inside showroom.Ensure that the preparations for the seasonal activities and promotions are done ahead of time (communication & regular meetings for implementation)Daily check and follow up over the quality of the execution of all activities: Sales quotations and Orders, transfers, Deliveries, Refunds, CRM client activities.Review Daily Sales quotations, and make sure custom made items’ feasibility is approved by Design department & that the price is communicated by Sales manager &/or Estimation department.Maintain control over discounts offered to preferred clients and review quotations details.Conduct weekly meetings with the team to pulse the market and identify new opportunities or problems requiring interference or support, to the team.Keep close control over Sales returns to minimize them. Execute the returns on system and communicate them to management through a regular file.Keep close monitor over the receivables & payables with the coordination of Accounting department.Coordinate with supply chain to ensure PO’s or new collection are received on time.Order new items to showroom and coordinate with Sales Manager & Visual merchandise Supervisor for Display according to R&D rooms displays set by management.Ensure to create all showroom transfers of all collections for display and make sure all collection items are complete in the rooms.Keep close monitoring and follow up on all customer service tickets and make sure they are immediately processed and quickly closed.Close coordination with “Intercasa” Production department to ensure production are done on time and scheduled.Ensure all produced items meets our technical and quality standards and report to direct manager.Report to Sales Manager any bottleneck or concern in the Sales process, in order to re-adjust it with Quality assurance department.Fill out the daily open & close audit checklist and communicate any maintenance issue to maintenance manager though an internal CRM ticket and follow up closely until closed.Make sure, on a daily basis, that all data are inserted in detail in CRM & NAV regarding all customer activities and daily operation of staff.Keep healthy communication with sales team and other showroom managers.

Achieve showroom monthly and yearly target and propose a monthly plan to General Manager showing methods and follow ups to achieve sales target.Review daily sales to assess performance and market situation. Following up all the potential clients and showroom visitors and send report (daily, weekly and monthly) to the sales manager include all the showroom visitors.Following up all the proposed designs and check/correct it if needs before presenting to the clients.Direct and control the Retail staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.Check, complete and correct all the production orders that are sent by sales team based on check list and send it to the technical department.Conduct training to staff on sales techniques, cross selling, customer service, Visual merchandise maintenance, introducing promotions, handling objections, etc.Support the team in taking the right decisions on all daily activities.
