Scope of Work The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. • Good Knowledge of scrap yard handling and scrap processing by shredding process. • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. • Manage Production flows from the secondary Metal scrap receiving to the finished good’s Ingot (LM 24, LM6, ADC12, A356, A360&etc). • Good knowledge in Spectrometer (Spectro analytical instruments) and XRF. • Calculation of charge materials to produce the aluminium alloy ingots depending upon the customer requirements. • Inspection of incoming raw materials quality and check the chemical analysis of individual materials. • Segregation of different types of raw materials depending on the grades of aluminium alloy production. • Closely work with the procurement department to identify broken stock contingency plan. • Supervise Production planning and guarantee the scheduled maintenance is performed. • Organize help chain for equipment faults, Implement root cause analysis concept as a systematic approach vs. diagnosis faults. • Good knowledge in aluminium scrap like tense, TT, Talon, Hard, Extrusion, wheel, &etc • Checking and correcting the liquid metal chemical analysis during melting.
