Supervise daily workshop activities involving welders, fabricators, machinists, and valve technicians.Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.Lead PRV/PSV overhaul, testing, calibration, certification, and valve repair activities.Coordinate hydro, pneumatic, and pressure testing of valves and static equipment.Support plant shutdowns (SD) and turnarounds (TA) with workshop maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, PTW, toolbox talks, JSA, and QA/QC requirements.Manage workshop resources, contractors, tools, and spare parts to ensure efficient execution.Review technical drawings, P&IDs, and isometric drawings for maintenance activities.Utilize SAP PM/CMMS for work order execution and maintenance reporting.Drive equipment reliability through effective maintenance planning and continuous improvement.

Maintain and update instrumentation data using SPI INTools (SmartPlant Instrumentation).Prepare and update Instrument Index, Instrument Specification Sheets, Loop Drawings, Wiring Drawings, Interconnection Diagrams, and I/O Assignments.Support Process Safety Information (PSI) and Management of Change (MOC) activities by maintaining accurate engineering documentation.Verify instrumentation data through document reviews and field verification when required.Generate reports and ensure the integrity of instrumentation databases.Support Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams with accurate instrumentation documentation.Perform SPI INTools administration activities including data management, reporting, user management, backup, recovery, and system upgrades.Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Operate and monitor production process units safely and efficiently.Monitor process parameters including pressure, temperature, flow, and level.Perform plant start-up, shutdown, normal operations, and process troubleshooting.Conduct routine plant inspections, field rounds, and equipment monitoring.Operate DCS/Board or Field Operations as applicable.Maintain production within required operating limits and product specifications.Perform shift handovers and maintain operational logs and reports.Prepare equipment for maintenance and support commissioning activities.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Permit to Work (PTW), JSAs, and HSE requirements.Support turnaround, shutdown, and maintenance activities.Coordinate with Maintenance, Technical, and HSE teams to ensure safe plant operations.Collect process/product samples and report operational abnormalities.

Provide technical leadership and management oversight for engineering activities and deliverablesManage multi-disciplinary engineering teams across conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering phasesReview and oversee engineering deliverables including calculations, datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, and drawingsCoordinate engineering execution, manpower planning, and project resource allocationSupport proposal development, engineering estimates, staffing plans, and execution strategiesParticipate in client meetings, technical reviews, and project review discussionsEnsure compliance with industry codes, engineering standards, and client specificationsIdentify engineering risks, scope changes, and project execution impactsSupport engineering capability development, departmental initiatives, and team growthCoordinate with regional and international engineering offices for project execution and quality consistency

Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom systems for offshore and onshore Oil & Gas projectsPerform configuration, programming, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and systemsHandle systems such as PAGA, PABX/IP-PABX, VSAT, CCTV, GMDSS, VHF/UHF Radio, LAN/WLANSupport Lead Engineer / Project Manager in daily project execution and reportingConduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test)Ensure timely completion of commissioning activities as per project schedulePrepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and as-built drawingsCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and client representativesEnsure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirementsProvide on-site technical support during installation and post-commissioning phases

o Subsidy Materials selection in coordination with upper management and outside stakeholders (i.e., ministry of municipality)o Supplier selection as per Qatar policies and providing the tendering committee with a recommendation.o Creating RFQs , Requestion and Purchase Orders from suppliers in coordination with procurement department .o Coordinating with legal department to create contracts with the selected material suppliers.o Receiving materials in oracle database (or any future database system used by the company)o Supplier storage inspections in coordination with outside stakeholders (i.e., ministry of municipality)o Communicate with material suppliers regarding stock replenishment and any other general coordination needed.o Creating, maintaining and distributing the Subsidy Material Distribution List.o Coordinating with operations department and farmer affairs department to create a schedule for distribution to the farmers.o Create and maintain stock availability reports on a regular basis.o Coordinating with Farmer service center regarding farms visits and complaints of subsidy materials.o Create and maintain reports that will be viewed by management and other departments.o Operational support whenever needed.o Special projects as requested from Management.
