1. To provide high standard and quality patient care in accordance with the mission, vision, and values in the Neonatal Intensive Care Department. 2. To provide inpatient care for patients admitted to the hospital under the Neonatal Intensive Care Department as a Most Responsible Physician (MRP) using the "combined care" approach. This means that the patient is being cared for by multiple consultants, so the consultant-in-charge of the particular area (Neonatal ICU, Intermediate Care Nursery, or Special care Baby Unit) on a specific date and shift is the patient's MRP. 3. To provide care to the Neonatology patients in the Neonatal ICU, Intermediate Care Nursery (ICN), Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU), Postnatal Wards, Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Obstetrics Triage Assessment and Management Unit (OTAMU). The duration and frequency of this service is dictated by the needs and the regulations of the organization, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Department. 4.
