Role Overview
The Sales Head/Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth in Saudi Arabia, building strong client relationships, and expanding Medinous presence in the healthcare technology market. This role requires a proven track record in healthcare/SaaS/HMS sales, deep knowledge of the Saudi market, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Saudi Arabia.
Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders in medical centres, hospitals and healthcare groups.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
Represent Medinous at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Build and mentor a local sales team as the business scales.
