Currently expanding operations in Saudi Arabia, we are hiring for above position roles to drive growth and strategic partnerships in the region. Job Purpose:To lead the financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions for infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis:Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions and project execution.Project Finance:Monitor capital expenditure and cost control for ongoing infrastructure projects.Oversee project funding, including bank facilities, loans, and investor relations.Reporting & Compliance:Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.Ensure compliance with KSA financial laws (ZATCA, VAT, WHT, etc.) and IFRS standards.Cash Flow & Treasury:Manage cash flow and working capital requirements.Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions in KSA.Risk Management:Identify and manage financial risks including currency, tax, and regulatory changes.Implement internal controls and audit procedures. Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).Professional certifications (CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.Minimum 8–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role within the infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.Strong knowledge of KSA financial regulations and tax environment.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Bilingual preferred – English is mandatory, Arabic is an advantage.Key Competencies:Strategic Financial ManagementAnalytical Thinking and Problem SolvingRegulatory Knowledge (ZATCA, IFRS, etc.)Project Costing & Budget ControlLeadership and Team ManagementCommunication and Stakeholder Engagement
