Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Sales Manager(s) and Sales Engineers with a strong background in ELV and Security Systems to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our portfolio of Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, Access Control, ICT, and Low Current systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within KSA for Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, Access Control, ICT, and other ELV systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and project requirements.
• Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy in the Saudi market.
• Represent CESCO at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or related field).
• Proven sales experience in ELV/Low Current Systems with a strong portfolio in Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, Access Control, and ICT solutions.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the KSA market with established client contacts.
• Strong understanding of KSA market dynamics, regulations, and project requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Valid KSA driving license preferred.
