Job Position: General AccountantA leading law firm in UAE is seeking a highly motivated and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our growing and dedicated team.As a General Accountant, you will provide strategic financial insights, ensure compliance, and lead key accounting processes. Responsibilities include:Conduct audits of accounting processes and all accounting transactions.Handle bookkeeping and record daily transactions. Prepare financial statements.Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and tax laws of UAE. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations.Collaborate with clients and colleagues.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Leading and coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards.Monitor the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management. Propose initiatives to enhance financial reporting processes through automation and innovative solutions.Staying informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices, applying updates to internal processes and documentation.Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of identifying and resolving financial discrepancies with the ability to present complex financial data. Qualifications: Female Only Any nationality, preferably from GCC and other Arab countries, and South East Asia.
