Posted on behalf of our client.A real estate investment company specializing in property acquisition and ongoing asset management is looking for a Property Fit-Out & Operations Coordinator to support its growing portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with contractors during the construction process, and with tenants post-leasing to ensure smooth handovers (technical and administrative follow-up)Manage furniture procurement from approved suppliers (pre-negotiated pricing and selection)Handle day-to-day administrative errands, including site visits and document deliveriesMonitor the market for property acquisition opportunities and prepare basic reportsRequirements:Technical understanding of HVAC, basic construction, and interior finishingProficient in basic Excel, Word, and PowerPointFamiliarity with the UAE commercial real estate marketStrong phone and interpersonal communication skillsValid UAE driving license and personal vehicle requiredJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
