Key Responsibilities: • Generate new business for interior fit-out projects • Target hospitality, retail, commercial, residential & villa projects • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants & designers • Prepare and follow up on proposals, negotiations, and project closures • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets Requirements: ✔ Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory) ✔ 5–10 years UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out Sales ✔ Strong client network and proven project closing ability ✔ Excellent negotiation and communication skills ✔ In-depth knowledge of UAE interior fit-out market ✔ Familiar with contractors, consultants, designers & developers

Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from start to completion Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material submittals Monitor site progress, quality control, and project timelines Ensure compliance with HSE and company safety standards Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports Handle site inspections, snag lists, and project handover Coordinate material procurement and manpower planning Resolve site technical issues and ensure smooth execution

Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out site activities Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications Monitor site progress, quality, and productivity Manage manpower, materials, and tools efficiently Ensure HSE and safety compliance at site Prepare daily site reports and update progress to management Coordinate inspections and handover activities Resolve site-related issues and maintain discipline on site
