Role DescriptionThe ARABIC - Quantity Surveyor/Estimator (Interior & Fit-Out) will handle all aspects of cost estimation, cost control, and budget management for interior and fit-out projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, and the professional will work closely with the design and project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost planning/reporting, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. The role requires a keen eye for detail and expertise in cost optimization for projects.
