Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimator with a strong background in building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of UAE experience in estimation and tendering, with proven expertise in using Candy software. This role requires a professional who can provide accurate cost estimates, analyze tender documents, and support the commercial and project management teams in achieving competitive bids and successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for building projects.Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), rate analyses, and cost breakdowns using Candy software.Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to obtain accurate pricing for materials, equipment, and subcontractor works.Conduct site visits when required to gather information for estimation.Develop and maintain a database of rates, suppliers, and subcontractors for reference in future tenders.Ensure all estimates comply with company standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.Identify potential risks and value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs.Support tender submissions, clarify post-tender queries, and assist in negotiations when required.Provide accurate handover documentation to project teams after award.
