We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in high-speed railway or large-scale infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for railway works including track, stations, viaducts, and associated infrastructure.Monitor project costs and identify potential financial risks or savings opportunities.Administer contracts, including FIDIC-based contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders.Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost control measures are implemented.Review subcontractor agreements and manage procurement processes.Support dispute resolution and provide commercial advice to project stakeholders.Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and financial objectives.
