Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the company formation and post-setup stages.Handle and resolve client queries related to business setup, trade license renewals, PRO services, and visa processing.Guide clients on procedures with various UAE authorities including DED, Free Zones, MOHRE, GDRFA, and others.Maintain client satisfaction through consistent communication, updates, and timely service delivery.Retain existing clients through relationship-building and high-quality support.Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client interactions and documentation status.Coordinate internally with operations, legal, and PRO departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.Upsell and cross-sell additional services like virtual offices, visa packages, and renewal solutions where relevant.Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate services and UAE government relations.Hands-on experience with free zone and mainland business setup.Sound knowledge of UAE government portals (DED, DMCC, RAKEZ, MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle clients professionally and calmly under pressure.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Preferred Traits:Positive attitude and team player.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently.Benefits:Competitive salary + incentives.Career growth in a leading corporate service provider.Dynamic work environment with opportunities for learning and development.
