We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Shipping Operations Executive to join our team. This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our shipping processes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong communication and organisational skills. They should have a deep understanding of international shipping regulations and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the daily operations of our shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers worldwide.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and customer service, to effectively manage shipping processes and resolve any issues that may arise.• Develop and maintain relationships with shipping carriers and suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective shipping solutions.• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and providing proactive updates to customers and internal stakeholders.• Maintain accurate records, including shipping documentation, invoices, and receipts.• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.• Stay up-to-date with international shipping regulations, including customs, duties, and trade restrictions, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.• Manage and assist with any shipping-related customer inquiries or complaints.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience in shipping operations, preferably in the e-commerce industry.• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.• Familiarity with shipping software and tools, such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis and reporting.• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
